Physical Description
Bright blue coloration on the body of the fish with electric yellow patches on the head and tail. These yellow patches may include the entire head and tail and possibly several fins as well. C. taupou is distinguished from C. cyanea (common Blue Damsel) by a dark gray to black stripe across the eyes.
